  Originally I thought these people were good and cared about the kids, but then I found out its all about the money. We were going away at Christmas, so I asked if we could put my sons lessons on hold, only to be told no. So I explained the we were going to be away for 3 weeks and they said "yes but you have paid for the month" like this was the excuse and was my fault , I then said "yes I have paid for the month because you make everyone pay by the month, you don't let people pay per lesson". That said "you can do make up lessons", I asked "can I use the make up lessons for his regular lessons instead of paying for the month in January, because our Sunday lesson time is the only time we can come?" And they said No. So basically they won't accommodate or help you and if you can make it for a genuine reason, they won't stop your booking and you just loose your money. This is the only business i have ever heard of that wont let you put a membership on hold, think about any gym membership. Think twice about coming here, they don't care, it's all about the money.
