    Not a very good post office, more interested in selling things rather than providing good postal service. I usually go to Warnbro where they are quicker and more efficient.

    Unfriendly staff who refused to provide a passport interview for me because they were too busy. There were 4 people in the queue. Decided to go to Baldivis instead where they were far busier but were still happy to help. Only my 2nd visit to the Secret Harbour Post Office and both times I have found the staff to be very miserable

    Excellent staff! Always friendly and extremely helpful. Ive been going here for the last six years! They helped me from sending packages to other countries to checking through my passport application and making sure i had everything filled out and correct.
