    The coffee is always great and the food and cakes are delicious. However there seems to always be staff apologising for the wait and mistakes being made with orders etc. The staff are incredibly nice and doing their best to be accommodating but it's still frustrating. And although she is very nice and friendly whenever we visit, they need to put anyone but Debbie on the register because she is far too slow for the amount of people present as she can't see the screen easily and takes far too long to complete each customer. Perhaps her lovely nature would be best utilised in the floor? Otherwise it's really nice.

    What a joke, One of the rudest old ladys serving, perhaps she was a victim of her own "coffee" (term used loosely) because if i drank that coffee against i would also have sandy V, 15 minutes for two take away cappuccino's that consisted of like literally warm milk perhaps a 3ml of espresso added. Never again.
